Port forwarding - BitTorrent

Hi guys, I need some help in forwarding port 8920 from my computer and through the NAT in the Smart BB Router/Modem
If it is port mapping, should I just insert the port address-to and from fields with my local ip address??

As I'm using BitComet with uPnP one should think it would be little or no problems, but the download rates are still dead-slow with no improvements in adding the port mapping to the listening port.
There could be some other property thats not done right though

installed Azesurus and it actually did the mapping automatically. You can also add as many ports you want so future PnP systems can automatically use :)
