Again, No TV in Rathborne

Hi,

My TV signal ceased and came back up after a 10 minute outage causing me to miss the end of the show I was watching (just a tad annoying). I've rebooted my STB and The picture quality now appears to be the worst I've seen: pixelation is so high, it's completely unwatchable. What's going on???????
