oh the nerve

my sister phoned me from her mobile dduring the week as her phone was down she also has smart and was checking if i was having trouble i wasnt so she rang smart on tuseday morning she log the complaint they gave her a for refference to get an update on complaint she didnt hear anything from smart by thursday and as she was just about to ring back her phone rang but as her problem was that when she lifts the reciver to answer the call the phone was going dead so she rang this number back from her mobile and low and behold it was someone from eircom he told my sister to lit the reciver at anytime and he would be able to check line for her he went through a couple of things with her a told her that it was her phone that was at fault so he held on line until see switched to another phone and bingo everything was fixed but what made me laugh was the fact that she found him so helpful and she thanked him sincearly he then opened his gob and said
i shouldn'td even have been this helpful as its up to smart to have sorted this out and the cheek of him he then said well i surpose someone has to do it as smart has noone working for then (in a really sarcastic tone) and hung up when my sister was telling me this she was fuming because he hung up before she got the chance to react but i had a great laugh at her while telling me this she got really really anoyed just thought i share this with you as i have nothing to complain about at the moment...enjoy the read:D :D :D
