Phone line DOWN for last 5 days

My phoneline wnt down on Fryday 14thof November,
symptoms:
*I do not hear dialing tone (never)
*I can ty to ring my phone nr. with cellphone , it rings , but I can not pickup
*The phone, it still ringsI do have ADSL router but there is no signal for
phone link so broadband does not work aslo , router does not recognize
phone link (probably because it is not working)

I realy need yor urgent help

there is my smart phne number in my profile and I have added my
cell phone nr. in field "Biography" so you can conntact me(anytime) (as land line does not work).

do you realise that your mobile number is visible to everyone while its in the biography field?

that's not a good idea in case any malicious people find it or if a spam bot got hold of it and it went to any spam lists.

rumco99, ive moved your mobile to the phone number field which is only visible for admins.
