Hi there,
I'm seeing a worrying amount of packet loss & delay variation on my Internet connection. As you can see, loss on the 2nd & 3rd hops are extremely bad, so this may be affecting everyone in Earlswood.
Can you investigate this please?
Cheers....
PS: TV connection seems ok.
Can you include some information so that we can identify you in your profile.
Phone number and Apartment/Block number would help.

Sorry -thought I already had that in my profile. I've put it in now.
Things have improved since: only seeing loss on one hop: ge0-0-0.core1.tcy.dub.stisp.net. Perhaps you have a policy limiting icmp on this node?
We do indeed limit responses to icmp requests to this device as you've correctly spotted from the lack of packetloss anywhere else in the trace. This is quite normal and will not affect any traffic passing through this router.
You can always spot regular packetloss - as if its occuring on hop 2 - youll see it on all hops after that too.
