Hi Guys

I put my phone number in my profile, so you can look at my details.

I have been waiting for broadband since Jan 20th. (santry exchange) (It was actually longer than that, but they lost my forms etc).
Despite numerous calls to support, neither my phone or broadband have been connected.

No-one calls me back or emails me to keep me up-to-date (that includes the supervisor i spoke to) and i have been told contradictory things by the customer support agents.

In a chat with the supervisor on the 4th of this month (name withheld) i was told she would email the broadband team to have my application expedited. She also promised to have me kept up informed as to the progress of my order. She told me Eircom promised Smart the exchange was to be back up and running next week. (4+7 = about the 11th yes?)

I received 1 garbled voicemail since the 4th, despite making a few calls myself asking to speak to her,

Today I called, and i was told there was still a delay at santry exchange and that it will take several more weeks before smart gain access, and then who knows how long before I am connected up.

I had been told that it was to be fixed weeks ago by tre supervisor, and several customer service agents etc, and this was even informed on this board in the followingthread.http://http://support.smarttelecom.ie/forums/showthread.php?t=442http://support.smarttelecom.ie/forums/showthread.php?t=442

Surely if there was a delay on this, they could have used one of the phone no's or the email addreess i gave them? Or is the agent wrong today?

I have been patient, i have tried working withing the system, i tried talking with the supervisor when this didnt work out.

They just never call me back when arranged, and i get a different agent when i call each time, and i end up going over old ground again.

PLEASE can you help me!!!!! :mad:

What is happening? How long will it take? Have i been 'moved to the top of the q' as the supervisor said?
