Why Am I Being Billed So Soon?

Explain to me why I am being billed €42.00 for a service that has only been activated May 20-22nd:mad: ?

You are being billed pro rata - probably about seven euro for the service to date
and a month in advance for the services which is the standard practise.

Off topic I have Eircom trying to ring me - left 3 messages. Apparently they are trying to discuss the complaint I made to Smart/Eircom/Comreg. I pretty much slandered Eircom in it. They want to discuss the details behind the delay.

If anyone is interested I will keep them posted.

I aint Ejay or Colm but I can confirm that the billing info given by Dubs h(he brighter than he gives themselves credit) you will be billed one week then a month in advance, every single BB connection whether smart or none are billed in advance
