Monday 3rd July 2006Apple preps Intel OS X update revision 1:07PM
Apple is preparing a revision of the Intel version OS X update released last week. In an email the company explained that the revision is to provide several files related to OpenGL performance that were missing from the original 10.4.7 release. It did not say when the update would be available via Software Update or from its software downloads page (http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/).
It emphasised that the security fixes (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=303973) included in the original update are not affected by the missing components.
