Connection down for last 3 days

Hi guys,

Since Friday evening our connection has been down and indeed it remains down today.

I've rebooted the router a couple of times but it hasn't helped the situation.

Can someone have a look?

It's the Nangor Rd. exchange and the phone number is in my profile.

And it's still down today...

It did come back yesterday evening, for about a half an hour to an hour, and just at the time I received a call from support. Typical.
