Fantastic, so I've not been de-throttled.

The connection is still creeping along at a 55 euro per month speed of 0.12 mps.

Wasn't everyone who posted supposed to have been de-throttled by now??

Default Where do I apply for the 8 Euro reset?

Where do I apply for the 8 Euro full 170 Gig reset people have been mentioning? And is there a limit on THAT? I'm going into my weekend and I can't even download a game from Steam, let alone play. If this is not resolved, I'm leaving.

I have paid 82 euro for my 24mbits connection that only delivers 14mbits for almost a year. I have not been informed via mail or nothing. I have also sent 3 PM's and made a post in this thread earlier but have gotten no confirmation of a de-throttle of my account. Can an admin please help.

Stop exceeding the cap = problem solved, no ?


Cap of almost 6 gigs a day and yet you still go over it knowing there is a cap in effect since well before christmas...


170gigs a month is the cap not a challenge ffs.

i have 4 computers at home, one of them my working machine, and there e-mails and webstore updates only, three other - constant gaming, downloading, skype-talking, etc.
an average, i've got at about 7-8 gb a day all together.
now, why should i limit myself or any of my family, if i join smart, as it was unlimited isp, and paid for UNLIMITED, NO CAP service?
any contract is an agreement of two sides, in this case, me and smart.
smart change the condition - i am not agree with this - i'm quit
the all fuse is not about cap, all fuse is about lie and attitude, the customers treated like a shit, you know?
